Export material models to ANSYS Workbench

Download and install plug-in

Download and install the appropriate Workbench Plug-in; Then restart Workbench

Add Matereality to Schematic

Double-click here

Connect to Matereality

Click here

Login to Matereality

Locate ANSYS-ready data

Select material model

Select material type of interest

Select material

Click Revise Search to restrict Search to your Personal Material Database

Select your material: Green- data is instantly available Orange- Data is Private. Click to request access to this data

Select ANSYS export

Select Workbench 13 You can also create export files for ANSYS Mechanical or older Workbench Versions

Calibrate Material Model

Use Matereality CAE Modeler to create your material model. Pick or remove points, modify modulus, add missing data such as Poissons ratio, etc. Tip: use Zoom to focus on areas of interest. Click Update to apply your changes

Click Download to send the material model to your CAE
