Feeaccompanies registration ofvehicles with Security.Registration grants the privilegeto park on campus but does notguarantee a place to park.(3) Fee applies only to studentswho have previously been placedin collection, satisfied theirindebtedness, and reapplied foradmission.(4) Participation in the HealthPlan is mandatory at all ELCAseminaries for all students oninternship or enrolled more thanhalf-time (for more than 2.5 unitsin any semester).
