PRIVATE/CONFIDENTIAL Hello xxx Thanks for the call today. It is always a pleasure. This is the doc that Pierre sent to me the day after the Africa Lisbon meeting. Imagine my surprise. the day before, he was standing in front of you and saying that OAU and ECA should not be involved. Also, he mentioned Nii having a 2 page proposal, which seem to have extended to 6 pages here. The prior day, he also did not have the governance model, as he told me. So how come in one night, they put everything together? They stopped me from presenting my prepared PP on dot.Africa saying there was not enough time. I also heard they were talking to Nii and his supporters via skype etc..during the meeting, so I did not have a chance. I did not know there was an African maffia that existed. I think by including every institution and every high level guys like you in the proposal, a proposal I did not ask to see, Pierre was indirectly telling me, we have got it all and no need for me to try. Anne-Richel is 200% on their side and of course they put her there in ICANN. I know the who is who now. Three people whose name appears on this document have already contacted me and said they did not even know their names were on it and they did not endorse it at all and they have told Pierre that to remove their names. So far, I am out of all these, but I am perusing my own. Cest Africa for you! Divided! They should merge it with me, but I see they want to control it, just like what they are doing in AfriNic. In fact, there is no CONFIDENTIALITY about this doc. Pierre did not send it to me as Confidential, so you can always contact him saying I shared it with you if you did not approve it of course and ask your name be removed like the others did.
