 NO.07/30/2010-A/HRD DTD.27.10.2010ToAll Sr. GMs/GMs & Head of EstablishmentsOrdnance & Ordnance Equipment FacrtoriesSub.: Select List for Direct Recruitment Chargeman (T/NT) – 2010.Based on the competitive examination held on 25.07.2010 the followingcandidates have been provisionally selected subject to document verification and other requirements as per prescribed rules, by the factories/units. The detailed instructions for verification are enclosed in Annexure – I.Factories are requested to issue instructions to short listed candidates to report for medical examination and verification of original documents within 3 weeks from the dateof publication of the result. The names of the candidates, who fail to report for medicalexamination or who are rejected during verification of original documents, should beintimated immediately to OFB so that reserved panel may be operated. After completionof all the formalities, appointment letter may be issued to the candidate on PVR clearancewherever required. O.F. Board(Section : A/NG) should be intimated about the actiontaken.The factories/units should collect the documents submitted by the candidates toOFB from A/HRD at the earliest.(S.K. ANNEXURE – I
Sub.:Guidelines/Instructions to Factories/Units for Verification of documents for Recruitment of Chargeman(T/NT)- 2010.
Following should be complied with by the Factories/Establishments:i)The original certificates should be checked before issuing appointment letters.ii)Wherever the candidates have not produced documents in support of Date of Birth, in such cases the candidates should be asked to produce originalMatriculation Certificate for verification of date of birth. No other documentshould be accepted for ascertaining the date of birth.iii)Wherever the candidates have not produced degree/diploma certificates as proof of educational qualifications, in such cases the candidates should beasked to produce degree/diploma certificates only (not Marksheet).iv)Wherever, in respect of equivalency of qualification, candidates are requiredto produce certificates from AICTE/State Board of Technical Educations(SBTE)/Universities, such certificates for finally deciding about equivalentqualifications. Such candidates have been provisionally selected.v)The candidates have to produce latest OBC/SC/ST/PH certificates in proper format issued by competent authorities only. In case of OBC candidates, thecandidate should not fall in the “Creamy Layer” on the last date of receipt of applications, i.e., 07-06-2010.vi)The candidates who have claimed age relaxation as Govt. Servants shouldfurnish certificates from the appointing authorities of their respectivedepartments/offices etc. for being Govt. Servants as on 07-06-2010, the lastdate of receipt of applications. Wherever, the candidates have been selected provisionally, they must submit the aforesaid documents before issuingappointment letters.vii)The certificates for Educational Qualification should be from AICTE/UGCapproved Institutes as mentioned in the Advertisement. This aspect has beenchecked and the same may be meticulously checked by the appointingauthorities at their end.viii)In case of a post reserved for a particular category of PH, if in the said PHcategory no candidate is available then that vacancy has been kept unfilled.
 
ix)Following certificates should be produced in original by the candidates andshould be verified by the Factories/Establishments before issue of formalappointment order:a)Matriculation Certificate for Date of Birth b)Degree/Diploma Certificate for qualification & Equivalent Qualificationcertificate from AICTE/SBTE/UGCc)Latest SC/ST/OBC/PH Certificates from competent authorities in propeformatd)Certificates for being Govt. employees from the appointing authorities othe Deptt./Office.
