Sub.:Guidelines/Instructions to Factories/Units for Verification of documents for Recruitment of Chargeman(T/NT)- 2010.
Following should be complied with by the Factories/Establishments:i)The original certificates should be checked before issuing appointment letters.ii)Wherever the candidates have not produced documents in support of Date of Birth, in such cases the candidates should be asked to produce originalMatriculation Certificate for verification of date of birth. No other documentshould be accepted for ascertaining the date of birth.iii)Wherever the candidates have not produced degree/diploma certificates as proof of educational qualifications, in such cases the candidates should beasked to produce degree/diploma certificates only (not Marksheet).iv)Wherever, in respect of equivalency of qualification, candidates are requiredto produce certificates from AICTE/State Board of Technical Educations(SBTE)/Universities, such certificates for finally deciding about equivalentqualifications. Such candidates have been provisionally selected.v)The candidates have to produce latest OBC/SC/ST/PH certificates in proper format issued by competent authorities only. In case of OBC candidates, thecandidate should not fall in the “Creamy Layer” on the last date of receipt of applications, i.e., 07-06-2010.vi)The candidates who have claimed age relaxation as Govt. Servants shouldfurnish certificates from the appointing authorities of their respectivedepartments/offices etc. for being Govt. Servants as on 07-06-2010, the lastdate of receipt of applications. Wherever, the candidates have been selected provisionally, they must submit the aforesaid documents before issuingappointment letters.vii)The certificates for Educational Qualification should be from AICTE/UGCapproved Institutes as mentioned in the Advertisement. This aspect has beenchecked and the same may be meticulously checked by the appointingauthorities at their end.viii)In case of a post reserved for a particular category of PH, if in the said PHcategory no candidate is available then that vacancy has been kept unfilled.
