– Foreword

Now, once upon a time there was a roe-deer fawn.It felt so full of homesick wanderlust
1
since dawn.At night, it met a wolf
2
who went the final roundsand seemed to be appealingly beyond all bounds. To specify the sex and age of both is shallow. To ask for time and place is likewise rather fallow. These rimes are never meant to fill some stupid gaps, but to expose a hero's dream with all its traps. In vital parts, the lines show spiritual peaksfrom equally the Teutons and the Ancient Greeks. Here you can find so many deeper coalitionsand an enormous lot of flexible transitionsof death and life
3
, of fight and love
4
, of pain and zest
5
,of top and bottom
6
, soul and body
7
, sweat and thirst
8
.The threads of fate
9
have many matters interwoven.Sometimes a knot becomes astonishingly cloven. The fawn told me explicitly and with good grace– amazingly in classy rimes and face to face –about the need to carry off distorted tiesand to take care of clear relations with no lies.
10
The hairy lines should never need to put on airsnor even once encourage violent affairs.No-one should take that in the literal sense too much.It has more an erotic
11
-allegoric touch.

– Rapture

With magic
2
charm, in calm and nimble way,you stray through woods
12
and meadows to survey. The space round you is silent as a guarded grave. The nightly loneliness requires to be brave. At once, heartbreakingly, you start to howl, accompanied by almost every owl. Then, step by step, you come so nicely closeand cast an awe-inspiring spell
2
in deathly dose. The pretty, pregnant moon
12
lets brightly flareyour wonderfully dense and long and glossy hair
13
.Your two predacious
12
eyes radiate like diamonds.Your stunning beauty puts my eyes in buoyant bonds. For all bewilderment my face is open straight.Your whole appearance makes my mind inebriate. You easy-going, noble, wild, and lovely creature! You are so timeless and refined in any feature.I love each happening of your performing art.You are already locked up in my heart.I would like to attend to you at my expensesto let my bashful passion please your seven senses. The streaky haze around the pines and rocky towersis promising exciting shining hoursby granting me to draw near anywhere you trodand to adore you like my greatest god.
