From the Report: ".. the inhabitants of the occupied territories in general, and the Gaza Strip in particular, are in a worse state than they have ever been. The Strip is divided into separate parts and movement within it is extremely restricted because of the Israeli military and civilian presence there. Poverty in the Gaza Strip has reached unprecedented levels and the medical system is in a parlous state".
