Full Body Ubtan Formula (for general beauty massage) :

4 tablespoons chickpea flower


2 tablespoons mustard or almond oil
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon fenugreek powder
1 teaspoon wheat-germ oil
1/4 teaspoon rose oil.
Facial Ubtan Formula (for general facial ubtan) :
1 tablespoon almond paste
1 tablespoon cashew paste
1 1/2 teaspoons pistachio paste
1 tablespoon malai (skin of boiled milk)
1 tablespoon wheat germ oil
1 tablespoon rose water
1/4 cup red lentil paste
chickpea flower (to thicken)

I have 2 ubtan recipes, one for your body and one for your face. When massaged into your skin on a
regular basis (daily is best, when possible!) you will notice more glowing and lovely skin. I recommend
doing the body massage in the morning right before you wash and the facial massage at night before bed,
but do whatever is convenient for you!

FULL BODY GENERAL BEAUTY MASSAGE UBTAN FORMULA 4 Tbsp. chickpea flour 2 Tbsp. almond
oil 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. fenugreek powder 1 tsp. wheat germ oil 1/4 tsp. rose oil Mix all ingredients and
use this made fresh each day for 40 days to massage the entire body. After the massage take a warm
shower to remove.

FACIAL MASSAGE UBTAN FORMULA 1 Tbsp. almond paste 1 Tbsp. cashew paste 1-1/2 tsp. pistachio
paste 1 Tbsp. malai (skim off boiled milk) 1 Tbsp. wheat germ oil 1 Tbsp. rose water 1/4 cup red lentil
paste chickpea flour (to thicken) Grind the nuts in a blender on high until pulverized, then add remaining
ingredients. Use as a facial massage. Let dry then wash it off. Pat face dry with a clean towel.

here are few home made packs that you can try for a smooth and fair skin:

1. Take 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp glycerin and 3 tsp rose water and mix. Apply this lotion all over the body
and keep it for 15-20 minutes and then wash with tepid water.

2. Take 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ cup yogurt and 1 tsp orange juice. Make a paste and apply this on your face
and neck and keep for 15-20 minutes and then wash with tepid water.

3. For dry skin this mask works wonders. Take one egg and beat it till frothy. Add 1 tsp honey. 1 tsp
glycerin, 1 tsp mineral oil. Apply this on the face and other dry areas on the body and wash after 15
minutes.

4. Protein Pack: soak 1 tsp urad dal and 4 almonds in water overnight and then grinding them into a
paste. You can then apply this protein mask to your face and wash it off after half an hour. This
exceptional protein mask will not only nourish the skin but also bleach it.

5. Mix 2 tsp rice powder, 4 tsp tea water, 1 tsp honey. Apply this mask to your face and wash it off after
half an hour with lukewarm water.

6. Take 1 egg and beat it in a small bowl. Add ½ cup coconut oil and 1 tbsp honey and beat it slowly
bringing its consistency like mayonnaise. Spread the mixture into a toilet paper roll, and set in the freezer
overnight. To use, peel away the top of the cardboard roll and smooth the frozen stick over your face.
Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, and then wash off with warm water.

7. Take 1 tbsp powder milk, 1 peeled cucumber and 1 tsp yogurt. Mix all these together in a blender to a
fine paste and apply on the face for 15-20 minutes and wash off with warm water.

It would be nice to be able to afford to go for a daily facial at the spa, but that is only a luxury a few of us
can do. For the rest of us, it is important to make time to do it ourselves at home. Not doing so will result
in sallow skin over time, and that is not advisable if you'd want to look great on your wedding day! Do a
facial massage for yourself at least three to four times a week. You will see the difference over time.

Here is a technique for a facial massage that you can do yourself at home. Do this after you cleanse your
skin.

Facial massages are believed to ease the muscle tension in the face and improve blood circulation. The
following are some tips on how to give yourself a facial massage.
1. Get yourself a facial massage oil that is suitable for your skin type. Half (2.5 ml) to one teaspoon (5 ml)
of oil should be enough for a 5-minute facial massage.

2. Start at the base of your throat, and use gentle upward and outward strokes to progressly slide
movements along your jawline to the base of your ears. Then use circular motions with your fingertips
over your cheeks and ears and around your lips.

3. Next, lightly tap around the eyes with your fingertips. Start at the outer edge and work inwards.

4. Starting at the center of your forehead, use upward strokes to work your way outward with each hand,
ending with circular strokes over your temples.

5. Repeat this procedure up to 5 times. There is no need to rinse your face, as the massage oil should be
left to completely absorb into your skin.

1. after getting up drink lots of water abut a bottle full( to detoxify)

2. take some time and do jogging for 10 min initially or brisk walking for 1/2 hr initially then increase
alternatively with some basic yogic exercise including breathing exercises this is because when you
workout you sweat and sweat throws out the toxins which cleanes your skin and the blood circulates well ,
making your skin glow... do not forget to sip water while exercising ... on the whole exercise and water
makes wonder for skin in turn helps in healthy body too...

3. eat fruits everyday oranges, papaya, sweet lime are real good , include tomatoes in your food they are
very good for skin.. eat curds everyday..

4. do not take hot bath everyday only when you feel tired or sick else take cold or warm water bath..

5.carry an umbrella in the hot sun .. after a sun tan apply tomato pulp and take a cold bath.. and wear
warm clothes in the chill especially socks ( even at home) else you get a cracked feet

6. do pranayama regularly atleast for 1/2 hr ... this will surly help you get good oxygen needed for the
cells in turn helping in good skin, and good health..

7.apply avacado oil which is natural for dry skin its real good non sticky better than creams and lotion ..
apply it in the night even to your lips.. in winters it makes wonders ..you get many brands , biotic is real
good..

8. avoid creams as much as possible they damage the skin rather helping.. use natural oil which suits
your skin..they are in the amrket to make bussiness fooling us and adds completely fool us .. dont be
carried away use your sense and be natural...

9. avoid make up .. be natural... if needed apply but dont keep it for long ... in unavoidable situations use
the best one do not go for the cheap saying its economical .. make good research before buying
products .. since you get many fake ones in market..

10 for the cracked heels dip legs in warm water with milk cream for 10 min.. scrub it with honey and sugar
for 5-10 min then rub with hot water towel..then apply oil... and wear a socks...

11. for oily face wash your face with cold water many times a day.. use the chick pea flour instead of
soaps and face washes all time.. keep lime water ( lime squeezed in water ) in the fridge and apply it on
the face in the evening after all the work outside is done ...then wash .. apply ice all over the face ... this
not only removes oil but also prevents acne..

12. for the acne.. the best is not to apply any cosmetic creame... or make up over it .. follow the above ,
and exercises and drink lots of water to remove toxins... in addition drink bitter gourd , cucumber,juice
tomato carrot juices often... also use freshly ground neem leaves on the face as a pack often... i had a
pimply face believe me i followed a strict routine to remove the acne and now its gone !!! there are few
though but even that will go with a healthy routine...

13.with all this you need to control the food habbits .. for oily skin- do not eat buttery, oil, heavy non veg
( veg is best you can get protiens from milk ,soya , grains) fried , junk food ..

14 for dry skin do not eat pungent sour food like use of tamarind , lime should be reduced very much ...

15. on the whole have a good diet full of fruits , vegetables, green leafy ones, fruit and vegetable juices
with very less sugar or without sugar use jaggery instead..use less oil , cut down coffee , tea,choclates
,chips , soda keep lots of gap eating them drink milk , buttermilk, curds , lots of water ... keep the mind
cool do yoga , pranayama, and stretching exercises with walk or jog on alternate days .. sweat it out...
and have a good sleep... and have a good routine...

the above has really helped me .. i hope it will benefit you'll as well but to get the best results always have
continuity and committment...

A few drops of lemon juice freshly squeezed


 A teaspoon of honey
 Two teaspoons of milk. You can add more milk to the mixture to get the desired consistency
later.
 A teaspoon of tomato juice. Yes, squeeze one of those tiny grape tomatoes for this one. It's a
bit acidic so I recommend trying it out first near your ear to see how you react.

• First, I steam with a few drops of rose essential oil added to the water. The scent relaxes
me while I steam my face.
• Second, I massage the eye-area and lips gently with sweet almond oil.
• Third, I spread yogurt, I use low-fat, evenly over my face and avoid the eye-area and lips.

The primary cause for a patchy skin is stress, harmonal changes or lack of proper nourishment. The skin
looks dark in certain areas and light in others. Below are some of the useful remedies for patches,
shadows or brown spots on the face:

Mint Juice: Crush a few mint leaves. Tie it in a small piece of muslin and extract the juice. Use this juice
all over the face. This recipe is best for spots and blemishes.

Carrot Pack: Grate 2-3 carrots after peeling them. Take a pan, pour some water to it. Boil the grated
carrot till the water dries off. Cool it and mash. Apply the mashed pack over the face. Leave it for 10
minutes. Gently rub it before rinsing.

Dried orange peels: Take powdered orange peels and add 2 tbs of curd. make a thick paste out of these
ingredients. Apply it all over the face leaving eyes. let it dry and then wash thoroughly with cold water.
This recipe helps in removing scars and blemishes.

Cucumber and lime juice: Peel a cucumber and grate it. Add juice of one lime to it. Mix by putting it in
blender to make a fine paste. Apply it all over the face and let it dry. Wash off. helps in lightning scars and
shadows.

hi, u can use honey along with lemon juice r milk and apply it for 10 min and wash it off with warm water.
use oil rich in vitE(aloe vera is good) and this easily removes all the pigmentation problems. u can also
take 2 tsp of honey with 1/2 cup warm water and drink daily in empty stomach. this softens the entire skin
and keeps the skin blemish free.
