Single Girls
Don't fight, darlings, think.Life is everything I want it to be, so if I'm single, then that's what I've wanted – up to now. Irma, I gotta tell you, I live vicariously through you, because part of my brief as a humor writer, when I don that hat--is never to use profanity! So thank you darling, because I'm often tempted. And folks, the best part about this is that tiny italicized line at the end, which washes back over the article with progressive, deceptively simple waves of resonance. Brava!
