Short Explanation
Around the time of the war between the United States and the southern states of the American union, the United States was busy putting together a plan that wouldincrease the jurisdiction of the United States. This plan was necessary because theUnited States had no subjects and only the land ceded to it from the states;i.e.,the District of Columbia, which was only ten miles square and such land as wasnecessary for forts, magazines, arsenals, etc.Between the 1860’s and the early 1900’s, banking and taxing mechanisms werechanging through legislation. Cunning people closely associated with the powers inEngland had great influence on the legislation being passed in the United States. Of course, such legislation did not apply to the states or to the people in the states, but making the distinction was not deemed to be a necessary duty of thelegislators. It was the responsibility of the people to understand their relationship tothe United States and to the laws that were being passed by the legislature. Thisdistinction between the United States and the states was taught in homes, schoolsand churches. The admiralty courts did not interpret legislation as broadly at thattime because the people knew when the courts were overstepping their jurisdiction.
There was a general presumption that thepeople were in control
knew who they were
and where they were standing in relation to the UnitedStates.Up to and including 1913 the United States added numerous private laws to itsbooks that facilitated the increase of subjects and property for the United States. The 14
Amendment provided for a new class of citizens: “United States citizens”,whichhad not formerlybeen recognized. Until the 14
Amendment in 1868, therewere no persons born or naturalized in the United States. They had all been born ornaturalized in one of the several states. Up until that point in time there was onlystatecitizenship and was a result of state citizenship. After the Civil War, a newclass of citizenship was recognized, and was the beginning of the “democracy” (notthe de jurerepublic) sited in the District of Columbia. The American people in therepublic sited in the several statescould choose to benefit(receive a benefit)asone of these new United States citizens BY CHOICE(kind of). This initial nexusfor this new citizenship startedwith the birth certificateunder theprovisions ofthe
Sheppard-Towner Maternity and Infancy Protection Act
of 1921.This act required that all children born be registered by way of a certificate of live birth,in exchange for which they would receive back a birth certificatedescribing the property. The specific provisions of the act required that thestatement of domicile of the property described on the birth certificate would beWashington, D.C. This Act was ruled unconstitutional in 1922; yet itcontinued inforce until 1929 when it was repealed.
Page 2of 11Now it is most important to note that the provisions for birth registration ascontained in the
Sheppard-Towner Maternity and Infancy Protection Act
weredropped virtually unchanged into the body of the
Social Security Act
of 1935. It isalso equally important to note that most people readily interchange residency anddomicile believing they are oneand the same. They are not. Residency is whereare you are currently living and domicile is superior in that it is where youultimately intend to return and is the venue of law by which you declare to bebound.
Domicile gets really interesting when you learn the United States is a Britishcorporation established by the
Act of 1871
Effectively and legally, the UnitedStates is a Corporation and its judiciary operatesunder Emergency International Maritime Law(hence the gold fringearound the flag in the forum as our public notice). The date is February 21, 1871and the Forty-First Congress is in session. Icall your attention to the "Acts of theForty-First Congress," Section34, SessionIII, chapters61 and62. On this date inthe history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: "An Act to Provide aGovernment for the District of Columbia." This is also known as the "Act of 1871" What does this mean? The Legislative Act of February 21, 1871, Congress chartered a Federal Company entitled "United States," a/k/a "US Inc.” and "USA Inc.”
Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so,created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which isa ten mile square parcel of land. This is our“legislative democracy”. Parentsunknowingly have been registering their newborn children as property“athing” which is “domiciled” or controlled by the law of a private corporation, not the de jure republic formed by the Declaration of Independence and theConstitution.
Since the United States is in fact a corporation, what is the main purpose of anycorporation? To manage an endeavor in order to achieveprofits,of course!Overthelast century
has proven to be the most profitable business in which to beengaged. Today, more than ever before,we havea perpetual war against anenemy we cannot find, and there isno one countrythe enemy calls home.Benefits came with this new citizenship(membership in the corporation), but withthe benefitscame duties and responsibilitiestotally regulated by the legislature forthe District of Columbia(corporation). If you and your children are propertyidentified on a birth certificate, domiciled in Washington, D.C., one of your dutiesmay be to go and fight in a profit-making enterprise (war) for the corporation(United States, Inc.) of which you are a member. The new class of citizenwas given the right to vote in the “democracy”in 1870 byway of the 15
Amendment. All that is required isan applicationto vote.
Page 3of 11Edward Mandell House is attributed with giving a very detailed outline of the plansto be implemented to enslave the American people
. The 13
Amendment in 1865opened the way for the people to volunteer into slavery byacceptingthe benefitsoffered by the United States. Whether House actually spoke the words or notisirrelevant because the scenario detailed in the statement attributed to him hasclearly been implemented. Central banking for the United States was legislatedwith the Federal Reserve Act in 1913.The ability to decrease the currency in circulationthrough taxation was legislatedwith the 16
Amendment in 1913. Support for the presumption that the Americanpeople had volunteered to participate in the United States democracy was legislatedwith the 17
Amendment in 1913. The path was provided for the control of thecourts, with the creation of the American Bar Association in 1913.In 1917 the United States legislature passed the Trading with the Enemy Act andthe Emergency War Powers Act, opening the doors for the United States to suspendlimitations to government authority otherwise mandated in the Constitution. Evenin times of peace, every contrived and created social, political, or financialemergency was sufficient authority for the officers of the United Statesto overstepits peacetime powers and implement volumes of “law” that would increase thecoffers of the United States. Remember every new law starts out as a "bill" in theHouse orthe Senate. So once this passedtheycould identifysomeone to pay the
“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biologicalproperty in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that willoperate under the ancient system of pledging.By such methodology, we cancompel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as achargeback for our fiat paper currency.Every American will be forced to registeror suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and wewill hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchantunder the scheme of secured transactions.Americans, by unknowingly orunwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt andinsolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by theirpledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial valuedesigned to make us a profit and they will be non the wiser, for not one man in amillion could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two would figure itout, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logicalway to fund government, by floating liensand debt to the registrants in the formof benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond ourwildest expectations and leave every American a contributor or to this fraud whichwe will call “Social Insurance.”Without realizing it, every American will insure usfor any loss we may incur and in this manner; every American will unknowingly beour servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and withoutany hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the Presidentof our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.”
