Colonia Borhanci is located in the

predominantly made up of individual

Due to the new infrastructure and
proximity to the Gheorgheni
neighborhood, the area continues to
show a special interest in residential
developments of all kinds, being
considered one of the most attractive
new neighborhoods in the city.

The vast majority of individual purchases in 2019, approximately 85% of the total value,
were self-financed. Transactions of legal entities were financed predominantly by
banks, 95%.
The total number of transactions between January and May 2019 was 2,567, of which
1,899 were apartments (74%). Most transactions took place in March (646
transactions), with the highest value (EUR 53.8 million).
The average price / sqm of apartments during the period January-May 2019, resulted
from the analysis of the 1,899 transactions amounting to EUR 137.2 million, was 1,333
EUR/ sqm.
In the first 5 months of 2019, 83% of the total value of transactions with apartments
was self-financed and the rest by bank financing.
The average price/ sqm for self-financed apartments was 1,330 EUR/ sqm, 1.4% lower
than the average price/ sqm for the apartments financed by bank loans(1.349 EUR/
sqm) during the same period, January-May 2019.
