“The Chicago Park District cleans Harding Park daily, removing all trash and debris.
Unfortunately, this includes illicit materials. Despite the allocation of increased resources,
Harding Park remains one of our most challenging locations to maintain. The Chicago Park
District also works aggressively with the 11th Police District to monitor the park and combat
any negative activity.”
