 ___________________________________ (Project, Installation, or Activity) (Tract Number or Other PropertyIdentification)The undersigned, hereinafter called the “Owner,” in consideration of $5,000dollars to be paid upon execution of this instrument by the UNITED STATES OFAMERICA, hereinafter “Government,” and in consideration of the total compensation tobe paid by the Government for all land or easement rights hereinafter described onExhibit 1, to be determined by subsequent agreement between the Owner and theGovernment, or by judicial proceedings, hereby grants to the Government, a right-of-entry upon the following terms and conditions:1. The Owner hereby grants to the Government an irrevocable right to enterupon the lands hereinafter described at any time within a period of __________________ (_____) months from the date of this instrument, in order to erecta border fence (including the right to perform work related to construction andmaintenance of an all weather access road; including the right to establish temporaryconstruction staging areas and access roads.) The purpose of aforementioned featuresis to enhance the Government’s ability to reduce illegal cross border activity and assistthe Government in responding to migrant rescues and agents in distress. This term ofmonths is being sought to allow for schedule fluctuation as national security prioritiesshift with unexpected events and as funding reallocations occur.2. Notices will be given to the Owner, or the Owner’s representative, prior to fieldactivities if the following information has been completed
