Description

A proposal for a Michigan Friend of the Court Sunshine Act that I wrote recently. It allows the public to verify that the Friend of the Court is meeting its statutory duties by providing statistical summaries of actions taken by the court. Funding is provided using Federal funds already allocated for these same programs.

I have a issue with the very first paragraph of your proposal. What about the mothers in which the friend of the court is abusing their power over? It would only be fair and just if it was to iclude both sides of the coin..
