2. SIMPLE PAST TENSE
A.V= S + V2 = He sent a letter to his girlfriend
P.V= S + was, were + V3 + By + O = A letter to his
girlfriend was sent by him
3. PRESENT CONTINOUS TENSE
A.V= S + is, am, are + V1 = Rina is listening a radio now
P.V= S + is, am, are + Being + V3 + By + O = A radio is
being listened by Rina now
4. PAST CONTINOUS TENSE
 A.V= S + was, were + V2 = They were attending the
meeting yesterday
P.V= S + was, were + Being + V3 + By + O = The
meeting was being attended by them yesterday
5. SIMPLE FUTURE TENSE
A.V= S + shall/will + V1 = We will visit grandmother
tomorrow
P.V+ S + shall/ will + Be + V3 + By + O = Grandmother
will be visited by us tomorrow
6. PRESENT PERFECT TENSE
A.V= S + have/has + V3 = Aldi has bought a new

7. PAST PERFECT TENSE
