Purpose
The purpose of this study was to determine if
the educational process of attending college has any
effect upon the attitudes. of criminal justice students
toward the observance of the rule of law. Specifically,
the study was designed to provide substantive answers to
the following research questions:
1. Is there a significant linear relationship
between the criminal justice educational process and
Student attitudes toward the rule of law?
Do criminal justice students have a more
favorable attitude toward the rule of law than do students
in other majors of the same educational level?
Are student attitudes toward the rule of law
dependent upon the number of hours of criminal justice
coursework completed?
4. Are student attitudes toward the rule of law
dependent upon the number of hours of law coursework
completed?
