Ingredients:
3 oz tomato juice
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
celery salt
ground pepper
hot pepper sauce to taste
celery stalk and/or pickle spear for garnish
lemon and/or lime wedge for garnish
Preparation:
1.
Buildthe liquid ingredients in ahighball glassover ice cubes. 2.Mix well.3.Add the seasonings to taste.
4.
Garnish with the lemon and/or lime wedgeand celery stalk.
 
Ingredients
1 roasted garlic clove
12.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
12.5ml Pedro Ximenez sherry
Freshly pressed Italian tomato juice
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Chipotle smoked peppers
Pinch of sea salt
50ml citron vodka
Spanish smoked sweet paprika
Method: How to make a bloody Mary
1.
Muddle the roast garlic clove, lemon juice, sherry, tomato juice,Worcestershire sauce, one chipotle smoked pepper and some salt.
2.
Shake all the ingredients together, add the vodka and shakegently to blend the flavours.
3.
Make a sweet paprika rim on the serving glass and fill with ice.
4.
Strain the drink into the glass.

1.0 dashLemon juice1.0 WedgeLime0.5 tsp Tabasco2.0 drops Tabasco1.5 oz.Vodka3.0 oz. Tomato Juice
Directions:
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge)with ice and strain into an old-fashionedglass overice cubes. Add salt and pepper totaste. Add the wedge of lime and serve

4 ounces tomato juice

3 to 4 dashes Tabasco
1 teaspoon horseradish
Glass Type:
Collins glass
Instructions
Squeeze the liquid out of the horseradish, then shake ingredients well with cracked ice in achilled cocktail shaker, then strain into a Collins glass with 2 or 3 ice cubes in it; add apinch of salt and a grind or two of fresh pepper, to taste. Garnish, if necessary, with a stalkof celery.
