the number of leads that get converted to actual transactions?

- Shoot for 3-5%
- Be helpful
- Did 2 last month, this month has 4 this month
- Call in the evenings and weekends especially. Sunday afternoons are the best

What’s the average time it’s taking them to convert them.

- 18 months is the tipping point for Shawn using Zurple


- Pick up the phone and he made 51 calls from 9-noon today

What type of follow up strategies have you been finding that works the best for you?

- [John Duncan] Leaves a message, then sends an email, then calls 2 more time the next 2 days
and doesn’t leave msgs, tries different times of the day

- Tried : Oneparkplace, Marketleader and they are decent.

Denise:

- One lady has 13 agents working under her, first 3 deals she get 50% of the commission and then
25-30% afterwards
- Was getting 100-150 a month
- Was spending 2200 a month
- Pays less then zurple 995 and gives her a guarantee 50-60 leads a month
- Has been with zurple for 3 months
- Blain Young, is open to ideas
- 1521 leads and sucks at converting
