We need plenty of volunteers to help guide runners, sweep after the last runner, help withregistration, tent set-up, refreshments, etc.
Energy
•
BA Energy Audit – Presentation to be given to the Selectboard is scheduled for June 10 at 18:45. Adiscussion on funding approaches ensued.
MOTION: to propose to the Selectboard that they pursueUSDA funding for BA envelope energy improvements. Contingent on the USDA loan being approved,the BCC would consider loaning the town money in the interim to get the project started, to berepaid once the USDA funds are received. Passed.
Estate Sale
•
Announcement that the BCC took in $1400 at the estate sale plus $577.00, which is the share forInes’s estate
•
Norma Blake donated estate goods for the BCC to include in the estate sale.
•
After the BA energy audit presentation is given to the Selectboard on June 10, BCC memberspresent are asked to assist in setting up the tent for the estate sale.
•
We need all the help we can for the estate sale on June 11-13.
Other
•
Discussion on the need for BCC to purchase additional lightweight collapsible tables for events.
•
