Collectively, the dasign frameworks of the vehicular anc pedestrian cir-
culation syslems, the pork and open space systems, anc the location of
community facilities constitute the major components of the overall de
sign Framework for the Town Center. Thase systems are significanl in
the proposed integration of existing development anc that proposed
Jor the Analysis Areas info a cohesive Town Genler. Ther specific eppll-
cction to thess Anelysis Ares, togathar with the land use and b
related components of the framework. and tha design of the street
scapes, wil rasult in the establishment of the the overall functianal and
visual character of the Town Center,

The vehicular circulation system for the Town Center uff
izes ond expands the major highwoy/roadway and arterial street system
that currently exicts ond is planned te serve the araa, Majer highways
provide necess fo existing development ond the various Annlysis Arees
that comprise the Town Canter. Tha framework of intern! streets is de-
signed to provide clarity and ease of mevament within and batwaen
these areas.
Each Anclysis Area is served by en’rance: from the su
rounding major highways and existing roedwoys. Infemal streets ore
proposed fo link these entrances and serve 10 distribute traffic. The in-

baulevards provide definition al the primary entrances tc each area. To

lected areas, they may also accammadale paratl parking. Mos! of
the internal sironts intersect these baulevends distibuling traffic to and
collecting hraffic from parking.

porote this road betwean new and old MD-11B, this facility is recom.
mended to be located to the nor of Waters Road to provide access
