RESOLUTION
In the matter of Representative Charles B. Rangel of New
York.

1 Resolved, That (1) Representative Charles B. Rangel

2 of New York be censured; (2) Representative Charles B.
3 Rangel forthwith present himself in the well of the House
4 for the pronouncement of censure; (3) Representative
5 Charles B. Rangel be censured with the public reading of
6 this resolution by the Speaker; and (4) Representative
