Description of workenvironment
Describe the work environment you intend to review for thisassignment.The work environment would consist of workers that will nurture, teach, and care for young children. The goal of thestaff will be to help children to socialize, build self esteem,develop talents and prepare for kindergarten. The facility will be top notch in preparing children and the employees will have training hours up to date. We will have story time, and singing time to help kids to think and let their voices be heard.

The employees will be required to haveprior schooling for this job. They will berequired to go to continued educationclassed to keep up with new child caretechniques. All employees will have aschedule that concludes duties. Athiring employees will go throughprocedures and rules the employeeshould follow. The rules include acleaning procedure a daily schedule of activities and eating times and how todiscipline children accordingly.Employees maybe entitled pay raisesaccording to the amount of experienceor the amount of years with the facility.Employees will be expected to come towork on time.An employee entering for work at thefacility will be welcomed and explainedthe history and the purpose of thedaycare. The manager will be friendlyand supportive and create a warminviting environment for the employeeentering the job. The manager will takethe time in explaining this day care is afamily oriented facility. Duringorientation the manager will explain theguide books and take time to answer questions thoroughly making sure anyconfusion is solved. The manager willexplain to the employee that if it is hardat first and they have trouble that it isokay to come to him or her and askquestions. The manager will answer the questions and assure the employeethe job will become easier in a fewweeks.
