Record Low Temperatures December 2010 and the

Great Year Ending with Galactic Alignment in 2012

Many places in Europe and Britain are suffering the worst winter begin, or the lowest temperatures
ever recorded. I found it rather strange that as the snow began to fall the radio was telling of the
present Kyoto Protocol1 meeting about the global warming problem!

We don’t need to do anything about global warming for we are on the verge of an Ice Age. Yet how
can we be sure? Those who see the changes, the early winter onset, are coming up with a variety of

reasons for its occurrence: it’s the oil leak in the gulf that caused the break down of the Gulf Stream,
it’s a vortex in the Gulf of Aden, it’s a pole shift causing the Gulf Stream to move south and so on.
Few people make a connection to the Mayan Prophecy.

The danger at this time, when disasters are rising up faster than we can cut them down, is that we
get lost in the jungle with no plan of what is going on.

Some are telling us of changes in the Sun and others tell of earthquakes. Some worry more about the
breakdown of the economy, or the coming of World War III, and then of course we may be noticing a
strain on our own health.

The falling of snow and all these events are of course connected to a change in consciousness and to
a spiritual transformation, and most of all to the great thousand year old prophecies of all the
religions and all the myths telling of physical and a spiritual transformation both without and within.
We will experience physical disasters leading to spiritual good at the time of the return, the return of
Jesus,

Second Coming.

Our pains are the birth pains of a new age known about for thousands of years, all over the world.
The reason for all these catastrophic changes and for the return is one and the same. It is the time of
the Great Year’s omega-alpha point, as we approach December 21 2012. The reason behind it is the
alignment of the winter solstice area with the Galactic Centre. Though this window lasts a longer few
hundred year period it is at present well supported and aspected by the planets.

In all ancient cultures it was understood that the

winter solstice was the time of ending as well as
beginning, of omega as also alpha, of death and
rebirth.

So Jesus when asked by his disciples when the End of

the Age will come tells them the tribulation will be
worst in the winter and that the thief will come in
the night, and the Bridegroom will return at
midnight. This is the darkest point in the day as the
winter solstice is the darkest point in the year.
Revelations pinpoints which time of year the
apocalyptic time will come and also makes it clear
we are talking about the Great Year as the God is
surrounded by the four fixed signs of the zodiac that
create the Holy Cross ,

The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the
fourth was like a flying eagle. Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with
eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the
Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come." Rev. 4

The cross involving the galactic axis marked here is the Scorpio Taurus axis with Leo Aquarius
forming the vernal axis. The great disasters come at the times in the Great Year when the Vernal
Equinox is between Virgo and Leo, in Egypt this was associated with the Sphinx. This was the time
12,500 years ago, and now, when it is moving from
Pisces to Aquarius and squaring the galactic axis again
which has aligned with the solstices again.

We are talking about God as personification of the end

and the beginning of the cycle. So at the beginning we
are told in Revelation 1:

"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God,
"who is, and who was, and who is to come, the
Almighty." Rev. 1:8

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Rev. 22, King James.

So the old sun of the year appears to die but after three days of stillness in the earth at the Sol –stice
a new sun is born – the Sol Invictus who can never really die for he is the essence of spirit, he dies is
sacrificed and is born again, reincarnated through the earth mother, usually seen as a virgin.

Yet that these things could have a literal meaning in the Great Year cycle, and that such seasonal
changes really have a spiritual meaning, and a physical effect we have long forgotten, for we no
longer associate the Sun with spirit and the planetary objects with godly powers, and we no longer
notice what effects the heaven has on the earth.

The Chinese I Ching understood the connection, calling the winter solstice the time of Return

associated with the hexagram Fu. That is where we are in terms of the Great Year cycle.

energy associated with the Sun,

on a higher level with the cosmic man Orion, is reborn out of the Yin Earth.

The Galactic Centre is placed close to the ecliptic along which the Sun
Su travels.
The solstice and equinox angles can be seen to revolve over this Galactic Centre area in one Great
Year. About every 6000 to 6,500 years the wobble of the Earth called precession causes one of the
solstice or equinox angles of the solar year to align with the galactic axis and cross the Galactic
Centre area. The priests of long ago times knew that these alignments four times in a Great Year
spelled disaster for our planet.

Half a Great Year ago, we went through the last very major transition, between about 12,900 and
11,600. The Galactic Centre in the wide band of the Milky Way crossed the Summer Solstice3. The
Sun’s highest position from which point it declines and falls. Sudden catastrophes and mass
extinctions occurred. The central and most sudden catastrophe was 12,500 years ago in 10,468 BC.
This horrific date, when continents sank and mammals were flash-frozen, was recorded in many
ancient monuments like the Great Pyramid at Giza
and the Cambodian Temple of Angkor Wat.

The catastrophe occurred after a period of

extreme temperatures, sudden warming and fires
breaking out, in short a Conflagration. Then a
1,300 year ice age called the Younger Dryas began
and ended 11,600 years ago with great floods. No
coincidence is it that this was the date when
Atlantis is thought to have finally sunk.

The period around 12,500 years ago marked the

end of an over one million year ice age called the
Pleistocene for the Northern Hemisphere and the
beginning of the Summery Holocene in which we
now live.

However, at the same time it brought the end of a

Golden Age for lands near the equator and in the
Southern Hemisphere.

Athough this was a quite unusual event, as the

Pleistocene had continued for so long, it was also
part of a Great Year cycle known about by the
Greeks and Chinese and others in which the Great
Summer catastrophe was known to be a
Conflagration, this one was recorded in the story
of the youthful son of the Sun, Phaethon who
dare to take his father’s sun chariot across the sky, but the horses come too close to the sting of the
scorpion, the close marker used in myth to the Galactic Centre, and the disaster occurred:

It was then that we are told the Earth

lightning bolt at Phaethon and a Great
Flood followed with which he saved the

has been told by the Egyptian priests of
Sais to the Greek Solon and was passed
on by Plato 600 years later in Timaeus,
and it is the introduction to the story
explaining why Atlantis sank.

The events occurring were known to o be part of a regular

astronomical event connected to the Great Year cycle.

seems that fire and the volcanoes – the one eyed Cyclops -
would again play a major role.

The events occurring now, the volcanic eruptions and other

changes will reverse what occurred half a Great Year ago, one
could also call the event that occurred at and shortly after the
Summer Solstice as the Fall,, as Phaethon-Lucifer
Phaethon fell, it is no coincidence that other stories of the loss
of a god like figure are also told that occurred in this month. Tammuz also Dumuzi,
Dumuzi

and Adonis and likened to Osiris, fell at this time as well and the
whole world mourned his loss. Isaiah tells the story of Lucifer’s
Lucifer
fall also.

All is part of the same story of the fall. We have lived in a disastrous period.

What is difficult to explain in a short article is that the fall was not of a chariot or man but of a pillar
like mountain. In the East chariots called Rathas are made of wood or even stone and celebrations
are held in which some of these heavy creations are wheeled around. They are shaped rather like
volcanic mountains and the largest chariot is built for the memory of the lost volcanic world
mountain Meru.

It is this volcanic mountain that had been the holy centre of the world in the First Time and it was this
tall pillar likened to a man that was lost. It is no accident that when Buddha died the world mountain
Meru also fell. There are many names for this kingly man-mountain: the Son of Man, Purusha, Orion
(meaning mountain man) will return.

 As all this goes into reversal the Northern Hemisphere will be sent back into a long winter sleep and
the lands of the equator will rise from the depths as the new Sun of a new Great Year is born
volcanically from the Mother Earth.

This will be the Second Coming. The southern hemisphere will have a new climate. They will no
longer be humid jungles

or deserted deserts or deep oceans but once more the southern hemisphere will be the home of
great civilizations in a new Golden Age when the catastrophes that are coming have past.
To confuse things further, as the catastrophe occurred half a Great Year ago, there is evidence that
what had been south became west and what had been north became east. The alignment of the
earth to the constellations changed and this caused great confusion. The Freemasons still remember
the paradisical time before the Fall by placing East above where we place North and aligning their
monuments not to our present pole star Polaris but to the Pleiades seven stars and the belt stars of
Orion. After the Fall this understanding became part of a Mystery only taught to initiates.

The next three years may show a very intense period of change. There will be great earthquakes,
volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, climatic extremes, war and a sinking into chaos and breaking apart of
what has been.

Nor may the phase of transition be completely over then, but this time marks the beginning.

Perhaps it is of help in these times when doubt will often to be felt, to remember how close we are,
and what this is all about.

If the prophecies are correct, and 2012 is the date in question,

question then a pole shift is also possible,

this time to right the fallen Earth

What will be born is what the Freemasons refer to as a New World Order, yet I fear that national
egotism may have blinded them to what that truly means.

New World Order is written on the dollar bill “Novus Ordo

Seclorum”. Yet its more detailed Latin meaning may reveal more
"New Order of the Ages”.vii

The next years will show ever harder winters in the Northern
Northe
Hemisphere as the Great Winter begins. It may comfort comf us to
know that there are other prophecies that date the Great Winter
begin and other great changes a little further into our future.
Also the Galactic Centre is still three degrees from exact
conjunction with the winter solstice, so there is still some small hope that I and others are wrong.

However just consider how w fast things are changing now and if it is possible make preparations
materially and spiritually, for the time of the Great Return is certainly very near.
