Introduction to GStarCAD
1.1.1. system requirement
You need the following software and hardware to install and run GStarCAD:
Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista (Windows2000, XP recommended);
Intel Pentium(or faster) Processor ;
Minimum 512M RAM (above 1G RAM recommended) ;
More 300 MB Hard Disk(above 1G recommended);
CD-ROM drive if installing from a CD;
Mouse or other coordinates input devices;
Color Monitor;
Output Devices (Printer or Plotter).

The GStarCAD installation program will lead you to finish the installation, theinstallation program will automatically create a folder which contains all programs, atthe same time a program startup bar will be created at the “Start” menu of Windows, ashortcut icon will be created at desktop.Users can use CD or copy installation program to your personal PC or the hard discof server to install.Install steps:1.Enter the GStarCAD installation content, double-click the execute file, theinstallation setup interface is displayed and prompt that user system is preparing“Installation wizard” and do some preparation for installation.2.
