    For SSL - Rs.2.00 Lacs p.a. For St. Laurn - I would propose my monthly fees to be Rs.20K in case of Internal Audit. We normally assure the client of cost savings atleast twice the fees that client agrees to pay to us during the Internal Audit assignments.     Dear Sir,

    As per discussion with Shri Jasminbhai, I have been asked to


    give quote for the year 2010-11.

    The same is as follows:-

    For SSL – Rs.2.00 Lacs p.a.

    For St Laurn – You may decide your monthly fees with the
    client for the Internal Audit of St Laurn, Ahmedabad and let me
    know my share of fees so that I can deploy the staff accordingly.
    I would propose my monthly fees to be Rs.20K in case of
    internal audit.
    We normally assure the client of cost savings atleast twice the
    fees that client agrees to pay to us during the Internal Audit
    assignments.

    I presume as of now, there are no other works for which my


    services are required at Ahmedabad.

    As discussed, if you feel that you can get the works done from
    Surat, then I would be ok disassociating myself from SNK &
    Co. as a partner. I firmly disagree when you say that my charges
    are exorbitant.
