Coincidentally, sizable amounts of money were provided to Ecojustice Canada during the
period of time covering the public debates on the Toronto municipal PROHIBITION and the
Ontario provincial PROHIBITION ( 2001–2008 ).

In 2008, Ecojustice Canada financially supported the PUBLIC AFFAIRS SHIELD ORGANIZA-
TION called Coalition–For–Pesticide–Reform–Ontario.

This ENVIRO–TERROR–COALITION was created to influence public policy regarding the On-
tario Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act.

Ecojustice actively supported LUNATIC–PROHIBITION in the Province of Ontario.

In 2008, Coalition–For–Pesticide–Reform–Ontario created an advertisement that contained

the following statement that was supported by Ecojustice ―

Ecojustice continues to SUBVERT the Legislative System across Canada with a CONSPIRACY
THAT SEEKS NATIONAL PROHIBITION of pest control products.

According to Ecojustice in a May 2010 Media Release ―

« Staff lawyer Justin Duncan continues to work on this file, seeking provincial bans in New
Brunswick, Nova Scotia, British Columbia and Alberta, with a goal to bring forward a NA-
TIONAL BAN in the coming years. »

« Justin Duncan’s work this past year covered a remarkable range ― from ensuring Cana-
dians know the pollution caused by mines, to securing a provincial ban of cosmetic pesticide
use for Ontario. »

ACTS OF S UBVER S I ON IN T HE T OW N OF H UD SON

In 1991, the Town of Hudson, Quebec, governed by a SUBVERSIVE GROUP OF LUNATICS,

enacted a by–law that PROHIBITED the use of pest control products that were FEDERALLY
LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE.

They easily capitulated under the pressure of a mere handful of Lunatic–Enviro–Terrorists.

The Agriculture and Golf Industries were provided with an Exception Status. Mr. William H.
Gathercole crafted the original Golf Industry Exception Status, which endures to this day for
virtually all jurisdictions in North America.
In 1992, two Professional Lawn Care companies, ChemLawn and Spraytech, were each fined
three hundred dollars for accidentally spraying pest control products on lawns located in the
Town of Hudson.

The fines were legally challenged by the Professional Lawn Care Industry on the basis that
the by–law was invalid, since it was PROHIBITORY and DISCRIMINATORY, and LIMITED or
NEUTRALIZED PROVINCIAL AND FEDERAL LAWS.

In 1994, in a Quebec court, the Town of Hudson won the right to maintain its needless,
senseless, and malicious PROHIBITION of pest control products.

Consequently, the case continued to be legally challenged by the Green Space Industry be-
fore The Supreme Court of Canada. As we all know, the attempt was ill–fated.

On June 28th, 2001, The Supreme Court of Canada, which was clearly infested with Enviro–
Maniac–Activists, upheld the ACTS OF SUBVERSION perpetrated by the Town of Hudson.

Enviro–Maniac–Judge Claire L’Heureux–Dubé presided on The Supreme Court of Canada

when it UPHELD the LUNATIC–PROHIBITION of the Town of Hudson.

On June 10th, 2002, Dubé retired, and began an indiscreet public association with those Lu-
natic–Enviro–Terrorists involved in concocting and defending the Hudson PROHIBITION.

This situation was INCOMPREHENSIBLE to many observers !

On behalf of the Federation Of Canadian Municipalities, World Wildlife Fund of Canada, and

in support of the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION of pest control
products in the Town of Hudson.

According to Ecojustice in a September 2001 Media Release ―

« [ Ecojustice ] lawyers intervened on behalf of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities,

World Wildlife Fund, and Nature–Action Quebec. Our lawyers Jerry DeMarco and Stewart
Elgie argued that municipalities have a critical role in protecting the health of the residents
and the environment, and that pesticide reduction measures are within the bounds of their
local powers. »
The Hudson PROHIBITION was defended by FOURTEEN Environmental–Terrorist–Organiza–
tions that SQUANDERED and MISAPPROPRIATED a large portion of the millions of dollars
that they received in public funds, donations, and grants.

T HE 2,4–D NAFTA C H ALLEN GE IN T HE P R OVIN C E OF Q UE BEC

In 2009, Dow AgroSciences proceeded with a LAWSUIT against Government of Canada un-
der the North American Free Trade Agreement ( NAFTA ).

Dow is seeking a REPEAL of Quebec's LUNATIC–PROHIBITION of pest control products con-

taining the herbicide 2,4–D.

Furthermore, Dow is demanding at least TWO MILLION DOLLARS IN DAMAGES.

Dow asserts the Quebec LUNATIC–PROHIBITION is tantamount to « expropriation » of Dow

investments, and accuses Canada of breaching « basic due process, transparency, good
faith and natural justice ».

Dow says Quebec's LUNATIC–PROHIBITION is NOT based on science, and should have been
REPEALED after Health Canada’s respected Pest Management Regulatory Agency ( PMRA )
declared 2,4–D SAFE when used as directed.

In fact, Quebec legislated its LUNATIC–PROHIBITION under pressure from Environmental–

Terror–Organizations ― the same ones that CONSPIRED to PROHIBIT pest control prod-
ucts in municipalities and provinces across Canada.

In all likelihood, the LUNATIC–PROHIBITION in Quebec will be SUCCESSFULLY REPEALED,

and the Government of Canada will be required to pay MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in restitution.
Nonetheless, the gutless Federal Trade Minister Stockwell Day vowed a « vigorous defence »
of Quebec's LUNATIC–PROHIBITION, and asserted that NAFTA preserves Canada's ability to
regulate in the public interest to protect health and the environment.

What the Trade Minister DOES NOT understand is THIS ― you cannot run a country that
has Environmental–Terror–Organizations dictating public policy on matters such as the
NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION of conventional pest control prod-
ucts.

The government and the public were DUPED into LUNATIC–PROHIBITION by greedy million-
aire Environmental–Terror–Organizations merely seeking to promote themselves, hence at-
tracting MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in memberships and donations.

These same organizations are currently TERRORIZING Government Officials in municipalities

and provinces across Canada.

Observers hope that these Environmental–Terror–Organizations will be sued for their in-
volvement in the CONSPIRACY to PROHIBIT pest control products that are, in fact, FEDER-
ALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE, and ABSOLUTELY INDIS-
PENSABLE.

In 2009, an ENVIRO–TERROR–ALLIANCE was formed with SEVEN Environmental–Terror–

Organizations to SUBVERT and ANNIHILATE the threat against the Quebec LUNATIC–
PROHIBITION of pest control products.

The ENVIRO–TERROR–ALLIANCE opposes the Dow AgroSciences 2,4–D NAFTA Challenge of

Quebec’s provincial PROHIBITION under Chapter 11 of the North American Free Trade
Agreement ( NAFTA ).

The ENVIRO–TERROR–ALLIANCE also wants the Government of Canada to acknowledge that

it makes sense to eliminate pest control products under the PRETEXT of protecting human
health and the environment.

In fact, the Government of Canada has TRUE experts to evaluate the safety of pest control
products ― the RESPECTED Pest Management Regulatory Agency of Health Canada.

The ENVIRO–TERROR–ALLIANCE has NO experts in pest control products, and are blindly
being led by the PUPPET–MASTER himself and his foundation, DAVID SUZUKI.

This ENVIRO–TERROR–ALLIANCE was set up to pool the public affairs expertise of Lunatic–
Enviro–Terrorists, and to DUPE the public into believing that the 2,4–D NAFTA Challenge is a
threat to human health and the environment.

separatist government, chemical manufacturers have already planned their exodus from

millions of dollars on the research and registration of new products in an unstable Canada.

Force Of Nature, and its various incarnations, is the brainchild of William H. Gathercole and his colleagues. Mr. Gathercole is a principal FOUN-
DER of the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry in BOTH Ontario and Quebec. He holds a degree in Horticulture from the UNIVERSITY OF
GUELPH, and another pure and applied science degree from McGILL UNIVERSITY. He has worked in virtually all aspects of the Green Space
Industry, including GOLF, PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE, and CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, and has served in environmental compliance, government
negotiations, public affairs, and workplace safety. Mr. Gathercole has supervised, consulted, programmed, and/or overseen the successful and
safe execution of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of pest control applications in the urban landscape. He has trained, instructed, and consulted
with THOUSANDS of turf managers and technicians. Mr. Gathercole has also been an agricultural agronomist. For many years, Mr. Gathercole
was a contributing columnist for TURF & Recreation Magazine, Canada’s Turf and Grounds Maintenance Authority.

Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues have followed the evolution of ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM for over a quarter century. For FIFTEEN
YEARS, the strategies designed and implemented by Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues guaranteed the control of the VERMIN OF ENVIRON-
MENTAL TERROR for the entire Modern Green Space Industry across Canada. Their involvement in Environmental Issues reached a fevered
pitch in the 1990s, when he orchestrated, with his colleagues, legal action against the Forces of Environmental Evil in the Town of Hudson,
Quebec.

Today, Mr. Gathercole is the ONLY TRUE RELIABLE WITNESS of the Hudson Affair. Mr. Gathercole is personally credited for crafting the Golf
