Re: Letter of recommendation for Gavin D. J. Harper

This letter is to acknowledge the invaluable contribution Gavin Harper made to Cambridge University
Entrepreneurs at our business training event, held 28 November 2009. Gavin ran our team building
task for the afternoon of the event. He guided students, in four teams, to build rockets, launch them,
and then analyze team dynamics using the Belbin method.

Gavin ran the afternoon with captivating flair, delivering detailed information with great clarity and
infectious enthusiasm. Thanks to him, the students learned a great deal disguised in the most
memorable fun. We are extremely grateful for his generosity and hope to have opportunities to bring
his talents onboard for events in future. I highly recommend him to any future organization in need of a
touch of rocket genius.
