a.Group works with a specific goal and purpose like an organisation.So Group structure is very essential. b.Group composition ,group size ,leadership,group norms are all essential.

Types of Group: a.Homogenous 1. simple tasks 2. sequential task 3, task the require cooperation 4. Task that must be done quickly b.Hetrogenous 1.complex tasks, 2.collective tasks 3. task that requirs creativity 4. tasks that need not be done quickly

Group size
a. Smaller group - few members hence intraction and communication is more. b. Larger group more idea generation and avail of resources.
