Career are stagnate after two years of serving the organization.
Hikes come in a trickle. The top performersare expected to work 12 -15 hours a day andstill get peanuts in return.
Motivation levels of a majority of employeesare on an all time low.
The policy assure that the right person isawarded with the right role.
The attrition rate was around 1252 employeeshave left the company in span of threemonths (October, November and December).
According to this initiative the employees willbe mapped on the basis of the positions,experience and skill levels.
