The PGM IMPIAN MASTERS 2010 is a 72 holes “Closed Tournament” and ismanaged by the Professional Golf of Malaysia (PGM) Organizing Committee,hereinafter refereed to as “The Tournament Committee”.

The PGM Impian Masters 2010 shall be played from the 27

December at Impian Golf & Country Club, Kajang, Selangor.

The schedule shall be as follows;a Sunday, 26

December : Registration & Practice Round(7:30am to 1:00pm)Course will be closed from 4:00pmonwards.b Monday, 27

December : First Round start at 8:30amc Tuesday, 28
th
December : Second Round start at 7:30amCut‐off 60 and tiesd Wednesday, 29
th
December : Third Round start at 7:30ame Thursday, 30
th
December : Final Round start at 7:30amFollowed by prize giving.

a Open to all current members of Professional Golfers’ Association of Malaysia (PGAM).b Open to all members of Malaysian Professional Golfers’ Association(MPGA) before June 2006.c By Sponsor’s invitation.

a Entries are to be submitted on the Official Entry Form to PGM office by4:00pm, Wednesday, 22

December. Late entries will not beentertained.b All participants must register at Impian Golf & Country Club on Sunday,26

December 2010 between 7:30am and 1:00pm. Anyone unable toregister in person must advice the Tournament Committee of hisexpected arrival.

WITHDRAWAL
 
a Any withdrawal must be notified to the Tournament Committee. Playerswithdrawing must fill a withdrawal form available at the Tournament Office.b Players withdrawing after the closing date of entries or after thestipulated tournament registration time, without any valid reasons asdeemed fit by the Tournament Committee, shall forfeit his entry fee or ina situation where he has not paid the entry fee, shall be fined the amount equivalent to the entry fee of Rm$150/=.c A player who is absent from the tournament shall be fined Rm$200/=. Acompetitor is not entitled to withdraw after the conclusion of the 1
st 
 round or during play of any round, unless on emergency or on medicalgrounds as deemed reasonable by the Tournament Committee.

PRACTICE
 
ROUND
 
Official practice round will be on Sunday, 26
th
December 2010 starting from7:30am and the course will be closed from 4:00pm onwards. Since the course isopen to club members, player must use buggy during the practice round at a cost of Rm$70/= on sharing basis. It is suggested that playing earlier is encouraged.

FORMAT
 
a The tournament shall be played over four (4) rounds of 18 holes strokeplay each day. The lowest scores over the first 36 holes and any tying for60
th
place will advance to the 3
rd
and 4
th
round.b In the event of conditions or circumstances that make the playing of 72holes impracticable, the Tournament Committee has the sole right topostpone or cancel any round at its discretion.

DECISION
 
OF
 
TIES
 
In the event of a tie for first place, there will be a stroke play hole‐by‐hole play‐off over the 18
th
hole only until a winner emerges. The play‐off will start assoon as practicable after the last players have finished their round.

PRIZES
 
a The winner will receive the Tournament Trophy and the first place prizemoney.b Prize money shall be allocated to all professional golfers who played inthe 3
rd
and 4
th
round. Any player being disqualified or withdrawing fromthe Tournament at any stage or for any reason shall forfeit his prizemoney. The Tournament Committee may waive or otherwise amend thiscondition.
