User Account
A user account is a record that consists of all the information that defines a user toMicrosoft Windows Server 2003.
This includes the user name andpassword, the user groups, and thepermissions for using the computer andnetwork and accessing their resources.
Each person who regularly uses acomputer or the network should have aunique user account.
User Account
In Windows Server 2003, authenticationfor domain users is based on user accounts in Active Directory.
Windows Server 2003 authenticationenables single sign-on to all networkresources means a user can log on to theclient computer once, using a singlepassword and authenticate to anycomputer in the domain.
