Northampton MA - Berkshire Design's initial stormwater plan for Three County Fairgrounds buildout; on behalf of Three County Fairgrounds Redevelopment Corp, a non-profit public-private entity. City engineers, upon reviewing this report, identified several problems, which Berkshire Design eventually resolved to the satisfaction of the DPW, who issued a stormwater permit in 2010.
