Description
Offered here is an absolutely fabulous Lincoln mourning pin that is guaranteed to be period and correct in every respect, with100% return priveledges if you feel otherwise when received. This is made of what appears to be and 1860 period likenessencased in a black painted brass button. It was suggested that this in fact could have been an campaign pin rather than amourning piece due to the early likeness, but I feel that is unlikely. The straight pin back is attached with lead solder that haspatinated perfectly, and holds a silk ribbon with an embossed pincked end. The button portion measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter,the entire piece is just over 3 inches long. Please bid with confidence as I guarantee all my items to be as described.
