For our business & corporate clientele, DC Centre charges a VIP Suite
standard Setup Fee of $250. Private dining Suite perfect for smaller groups. Intimate with
exclusive bar, wall fireplace, dramatic tablescape and wait staff.

Setup & Cleanup Additional Basic Decorating Friday rental charges will be 1/2 of the regular rental charge. A
minimum guest requirement applies to all Saturday evening
events. A 7% sales tax and 20% service charge will be applied
to each event

Buffet Menus
Add $2.50 per person to any buffet for sit down dinner service. All buffets will remain open 1.5 hours from original serving time or until cake
cutting commences, whichever occurs first. Any remaining food on any buffet line will not leave the premises. All menus include rolls and butter.
