All praise is due to Allah. We praise Him and seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Weseek refuge in Allah from the evil in our own soul and from our sinfuldeeds. Whomsoever Allah guides, none can mislead. And whomsoever Allah misguides, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship except Allah. He is One, having no partner. ﹶﻥﻮﻤﻠﺴﻣ ﻢﺘﻧﹶﺃﻭ ﱠﻻﹺﺇ ﻦﺗﻮﻤﺗ ﹶﻻﻭ ﻪﺗﺎﹶﻘﺗ ﻖﺣ ﻪﹼﻠﻟﺍ ﹾﺍﻮﹸﻘﺗﺍ ﹾﺍﻮﻨﻣﺁ ﻦﻳﺬﱠﻟﺍ ﺎﻬﻳﹶﺃ ﺎﻳ
O ye who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam.To what Proceeds:Allah (SWT) mentions in His Book, in Surah Hijr:

ﹴﲔﹺﺒﻣ ﻥﺁﺮﹸﻗﻭ ﹺﺏﺎﺘﻜﹾﻟﺍ ﺕﺎ ﻳﺁ ﻚﹾﻠﺗ ﺮﹶﻟﺍ

ﲔﻤﻠﺴﻣ ﹾﺍﻮﻧﺎﹶﻛ ﻮﹶﻟ ﹾﺍﻭﺮﹶﻔﹶﻛ ﻦﻳﺬﱠﻟﺍ ﺩﻮ ﻳ ﺎﻤﺑﺭ

ﹶﻥﻮﻤﹶﻠﻌﻳ ﻑﻮﺴﹶﻓ ﹸﻞﻣَﻷﺍ ﻢﹺﻬﹺﻬﹾﻠﻳﻭ ﹾﺍﻮﻌﺘﻤﺘﻳﻭ ﹾﺍﻮﹸﻠﹸﻛﹾﺄ ﻳ ﻢﻫﺭﹶﺫ

ﻛ ﺎﻬﹶﻟﻭ ﱠﻻﹺﺇ ﺔ ﻳﺮﹶﻗ ﻦﻣ ﺎﻨﹾﻜﹶﻠﻫﹶﺃ ﺎﻣﻭﻡﻮﹸﻠﻌﻣ ﺏﺎﺘ

ﹶﻥﻭﺮﺧﹾﺄﺘﺴ ﻳ ﺎﻣﻭ ﺎﻬﹶﻠﺟﹶﺃ ﺔﻣﹸﺃ ﻦﻣ ﻖﹺﺒﺴﺗ ﺎﻣ

ﹲﻥﻮﻨﺠﻤﹶﻟ ﻚﻧﹺﺇ ﺮﹾﻛﱢﺬﻟﺍ ﻪﻴﹶﻠﻋ ﹶﻝﺰﻧ ﻱﺬﱠﻟﺍ ﺎﻬ ﻳﹶﺃ ﺎ ﻳ ﹾﺍﻮﹸﻟﺎﹶﻗﻭ

ﲔﻗﺩﺎﺼﻟﺍ ﻦﻣ ﺖﻨﹸﻛ ﻥﹺﺇ ﺔﹶﻜﺋﻼﻤﹾﻟﺎﹺﺑ ﺎﻨﻴﺗﹾﺄﺗ ﺎﻣ ﻮﱠﻟ

ﱠﻻﹺﺇ ﹶﺔﹶﻜﺋﻼﻤﹾﻟﺍ ﹸﻝﺰﻨﻧ ﺎﻣﻦﻳﹺﺮﹶﻈﻨﻣ ﺍﹰﺫﹺﺇ ﹾﺍﻮﻧﺎﹶﻛ ﺎﻣﻭ ﻖﹶﳊﺎﹺﺑ

ﹺﺇ
ﹶﻥﻮﹸﻈﻓﺎﺤﹶﻟ ﻪﹶﻟ ﺎﻧﹺﺇﻭ ﺮﹾﻛﱢﺬﻟﺍ ﺎﻨﹾﻟﺰﻧ ﻦﺤﻧ ﺎﻧ
Alif Lam Ra. These are the verses of the Book and (of) a Quran that makes (things) clear Often will those who disbelieve wish that they had been Muslims.Leave them that they may eat and enjoy themselves and (that) hope may beguile them, for theywill soon know.And never did We destroy a town but it had a term made known. No nation can outstrip its term5. No people can hasten on their doom nor can theypostpone (it).And they say: O you to whom the Reminder has been revealed! you are most surely insane:Why do you not bring to us the angels if you are of the truthful ones?We do not send the angels but with truth, and then they would not be respited.Surely We have revealed the Reminder and We will most surely be its guardian.
These noble ayahare but a few of the statements Allah (SWT) has made regarding the end of nations that transgress beyond bounds. Indeedevery ayahof the Qurancontainsa sign for manthat points to a principle or sunnah (law) set forth for humanity to adhere to. So, from amongstthemAllah (SWT) sets forthin theQuran that,
ﻪﻧﻮﺒﺤ ﻳﻭ ﻢﻬﺒﺤ ﻳ ﹴﻡﻮﹶﻘﹺﺑ ﻪﹼﻠﻟﺍ ﻲﺗﹾﺄ ﻳ ﻑﻮﺴﹶﻓ ﻪﹺﻨﻳﺩ ﻦﻋ ﻢﹸﻜﻨﻣ ﺪﺗﺮﻳ ﻦﻣ ﹾﺍﻮﻨﻣﺁ ﻦﻳﺬﱠﻟﺍ ﺎﻬ ﻳﹶﺃ ﺎ ﻳﹶﻥﻭﺪﻫﺎﺠ ﻳ ﻦﻳﹺﺮﻓﺎﹶﻜﹾﻟﺍ ﻰﹶﻠﻋ ﺓﺰﻋﹶﺃ ﲔﹺﻨﻣﺆﻤﹾﻟﺍ ﻰﹶﻠﻋ ﺔﱠﻟﺫﹶﺃ
ٌﹴﻢﺋﻵ ﹶﺔﻣﻮﹶﻟ ﹶﻥﻮﹸﻓﺎﺨ ﻳ ﹶﻻﻭ ﻪﹼﻠﻟﺍ ﹺﻞﻴﹺﺒﺳ ﻲﻓ
O ye who believe! if any from among you turn back from his Faith, soon will Allah produce a people whom He will love as they will love Him,-kind with the believers, firm against thedisbelievers, fightingin the way of Allah, and never afraid of the blame of the blamers.(5:54)And He (SWT) has also said,
ﲔﻤﹶﻟﺎﻌﹾﻟﺍ ﻰﹶﻠﻋ ﹴﻞﻀﹶﻓ ﻭﹸﺫ ﻪﹼﻠﻟﺍ ﻦﻜـﹶﻟﻭ ﺽﺭَﻷﺍ ﺕﺪﺴﹶﻔﱠﻟ ﹴﺾﻌﺒﹺﺑ ﻢﻬﻀﻌﺑ ﺱﺎﻨﻟﺍ ﻪﹼﻠﻟﺍ ﻊﹾﻓﺩ ﹶﻻﻮﹶﻟﻭ
And did not Allah check one set of people by means of another, the earth would indeed be full of mischief: But Allah is full of bounty to all the worlds (2:251)Here we find thelaws forhuman relations in that Allah (SWT) will always preserve His truthwith a people on the right path and that Allah (SWT) will replace those that abuse power withanothereven if that power be weak and less in magnitude. And from the aforementioned ayahof Surah Hijr Allah (SWT) has stated,
ﻡﻮﹸﻠﻌﻣ ﺏﺎﺘﻛ ﺎﻬﹶﻟﻭ ﱠﻻﹺﺇ ﺔ ﻳﺮﹶﻗ ﻦﻣ ﺎﻨﹾﻜﹶﻠﻫﹶﺃ ﺎﻣﻭ
Never did We destroy a population that had not a term decreed and assigned beforehand.It is these laws that will be true for all time and until the Day of Judgmentbut it is these sunnah(laws) that so many of the people are unable to see today and recognize and adhere to and indeedit is in abandoning the implementation and understanding of these laws that has led the ummahof Muhammad (SAWS) into a state of utter despair incomparable towhat has been known fromthe history of the deen and comparable to the famous hadith where Allah's Messenger (SAWS)warned us by saying: "Beware a time is coming when all nations of the world will gather together to wipe you out the way they gather arounda table to partake of its meal." Hiscompanionssaid "Will we be so few in number that day Oh, Messenger of Allah?" He (SAWS)said "No, on that day you will be many in number but you will be guthar (like the froth on thesurface of the water after a flood) and Allah will take from the hearts of the Kafirs respect for
