ADMINISTRATOR
Acts as Head of the Agency and Executive Officer of the Administration
TECHNICAL STAFF
Acts as service arm of the Board of Pardons and Parole in the supervision of arolees and pardonees.
PLANNING STAFF
Develops plans, programs and conductsresearch towards economical, efficientand effective operation andimplementation of P.D. 968 asamended
.
DEPUTY ADMINISTRATOR
Assists the Administrator and performs such duties as may be assigned by theAdministrator
ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION
Provides the Administration with well - planned, directed and coordinatedservices relating to personnel, records, supplies and equipment, disbursement,security and janitor/messengerial services and public informationdissemination.
FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT DIVISION
Provides financial support to all units of the Agency and implement policies and procedures on financial management in accordance with thegovernment rules and regulations
TRAINING DIVISION
Develops, conducts, monitorsand evaluates trainingrograms for improved joberformance of the line andstaff personnel of the Agency;develops modules for trainingof community volunteers;acilities and monitorsattendance of official andemployees in trainingrograms sponsored by other agencies/organizations.
COMMUNITY SERVICESDIVISION
Assists in the establishment/development of facilities, programsand services for the rehabilitation of robationers/parolees/pardoneestilizing community resources;rovides technical and consulativeservices to operating units andoffices of the Administration;screens and recommends for appointment of VPAs.
CLINICAL SERVICESDIVISION
Provides theAdministration witheffectivediagnostics/evaluation andherapy/management of PPA employeess and their dependents, petitioners,robationers, parolees,ardonees which includesychiatric, medical,dental, psychological andsocial services.
LEGAL AND INSPECTIONDIVISION
Provides various units of theAdministration with legal advice; prepares opinions on questions of law that may arise in theimplementation of P.D. 968 asamended; causes the inspection andaudit of activities and operation of field offices; conducts preliminaryinvestigation of administrativecomplaints.
CASE MANAGEMENT ANDRECORDS DIVISION
Provides technical servicesassistance to field offices inimproving investigationrocedures/supervision over robationers and their services tohe courts; conducts studies oncaseloads, caseworks services androcedures in case management,aintains central files of records of etitioners/probationers/parolees/ardonees (clients) and establisheslinkages with criminal justice pillarsor improvement of caseloadanagement.
REGIONAL PAROLE AND PROBATION OFFICES
Exercise supervision and control over all Provincial/City Parole and Probation Offices within the jurisdiction and performs such duties as may be assigned by the Administrator
PROVINCIAL/CITY PAROLE AND PROBATION OFFICE
Undertake the investigation of petitioners for probation referred by the courts for PSIRs; supervise probationers/parolees/pardonees and perform such other duties as may be assigned by theAdministrator
