The agent was posing as a minor online.But in a brief interview Friday in his home in Hanover, Pa., McLean told TheEagle that he's looking forward to all the facts of the case coming out — thoughhe declined to discuss specifics of the charges on the advice of his attorney, hesaid.On March 18, according to court records, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’soffice charged Bryan Neal McLean, 44, after he allegedly exposed himself tospecial agents Jessica Eger and Lisa Ceh, both with the Child Predator Unit. The incidents occurred throughout the second half of 2009, court recordsshow.McLean, of the 200 block of Sunset Ave., Hanover, is charged with five countsof unlawful contact with a minor and one count for “criminal use of acommunication facility” for using his computer for the contact, according tocourt documents.

According to the charges, McLean, under the screen name mdfunguy38, sentspecial agent Ceh access to his Web cam on July 28, showed his face, exposedhimself and masturbated, according to the criminal complaint. Ceh was working undercover as a 13-year-old girl, court documents state. Then on Aug. 3, using another instant message program and the screen namelisted as “bryan mclean,” he also exposed himself and masturbated, accordingto court documents.In the Aug. 3 incident, he exposed himself to Eger, who also posed as a 13- year-old girl, according to court documents. Similar scenario of exposuresplayed out on Aug. 25 and 27, Sept. 10 and Oct. 13, according to courtrecords.On Aug. 25, he asked “wanna see it?” On Aug. 27, he exposed himself again onthe Web cam, court documents state. Court documents also allege that duringa video chat Sept. 10, mdfunguy38 removed his shirt and the agent asked “sou want me to just watch?” “Yeah if its ok,” he typed before exposing himself,courts documents state.On Nov. 23, court records show, mdfunguy38 asked for the age of the girl, andthe agent responded “13.” He asked for photos and said “want me to turn oncam?” He then said he had to make a phone call and the chat ended, accordingto court documents.On Friday, a knock at McLean’s door in Hanover was answered by McLean, who invited a reporter in. In an interview in the living room of his house,McLean said that while he would like to talk about the charges, he “really couldnot discuss the case because my attorney asked me not to.”He also said that he is "looking forward to all the facts of the case coming out.”He added, “My wife, family, and friends have been very supportive.”In news broadcasts this week, WTTR news director Mark Woodworth reportedthat McLean has done sports play-by-play for the station. McLean has workedfor WTTR since 1987, covering high school and college basketball and footballgames and has also done remote broadcasts, according to his biography on thestation’s Web site.“Although we essentially wish Bryan the best, we have to come down on theside of the law,” said WTTR station manager Bob Mathers on Wednesday in aninterview with The Eagle.“It’s simply a matter for Bryan to work out with the court system to decide,” headded.
