The Kwinix Podcast Network Launches New Podcast: Dinner Voyeur – A FineDining Podcast with Scot T. Kokandy (DinnerVoyeur.com)
CHICAGO – August 7, 2008 – The Kwinix Podcast Network (KPN) today launchedDinner Voyeur – a fine dining podcast with Scot T. Kokandy, an episodic audio podcastfeaturing a unique and useful approach to the dining review. Each episode is recorded live at the time of the meal right from the dinner table and thehost, Scot T. Kokandy, facilitates the interaction between the wait staff and dinner participants. At the end of each podcast Scot includes closing remarks and providesratings on three categories that make up what he calls “the dining experience”: Food,Ambiance, and Service. Finally, Scot provides an overall rating that evaluates the entireexperience. The most unique element of Scot's rating system is the WOW factor. Anyrestaurant can WOW and may not necessarily be those with the highest rating. If Scot isWOWed by a dining experience he credits those restaurants with having the WOWfactor.As of today there are four podcasts posted on DinnerVoyeur.com. Dinner Voyeur willprimarily be based in the Chicago area however as Scot travels so will Dinner Voyeur.Currently two of the four episodes posted are from Las Vegas, Nevada.Listeners are encouraged to dialogue about each of the restaurants reviewed via asophisticated threaded comment system located at DinnerVoyeur.com. Both text andvideo commenting is available. Additionally, listeners can suggest restaurants for Scotto visit or even invite him to dinner by sending an e-mail toscot@dinnervoyeur.com.“Dinner Voyeur provides raw conversation and commentary about today’s restaurantsas it happens.
