In preparing this report our mission was two fold. Firstly to consolidate current thinking about what is happening in the Social Media space - and secondly, in the latter half of the report, to discover the unexpected and activities slightly ahead of the curve to illustrate what forward thinking companies are doing right now.

The insights, trends and examples we have used within this document are not survey centric, nor do they necessarily represent actual Ipsos insights but they have been filtered from numerous industry sources, blogs and commentaries and are positioned as a resource to provide information, inspiration and ideas about innovation.
