On January 6, or 7, 2011, Dr Joseph Zernik's Motion to intervene and
 
concomitantly filed papers in the caption, referenced above, were published in thePACER docket of Log Cabin Republicans v USA et al (10-56634 and 10-56813)under docket numbers #39-47 under 10-56634, and docket numbers #10-18 under10-56813.However, upon review of the papers, as published online, it was apparent that theclerk's stamps, appearing on the face pages of Dkt #39-47, as numbered in 10-56634, were neither signed nor dated as "Filed", or "Docketed" by the Clerk of the Court.Therefore, absent access to the NDAs (Notices of Docket Activity) there is noway for
 pro se
