Overview of Flight Training Services
Los Angeles Helicopters (LAH) is an approved FAA part 133 and part 141 flight training service organizationspecializing in cost effective helicopter training services.
 
Pilot Training:
 Los Angeles Helicopters is a nationally-accredited flight training school approved by theFederal Aviation Administration as a part 141 external load training facility. Our mission is to create agrowth environment for all of our student pilots looking to map out their career paths. Our strong affiliation with helicopter tour companies, heavy lift companies and commercial operatorsworldwide has awarded Los Angeles Helicopters preferred status in the area of pilot referrals andplacements. Los Angeles Helicopters’ dedication towards the production of highly trained industry readypilots has earned us this honor throughout the industry. Los Angeles Helicopters is dedicated to helpingour trained pilots meet the minimum flight requirements and find jobs.
 
Aircraft
: LAH also provides cost-effective rentals of meticulously maintained helicopters. Los AngelesHelicopters has chosen to use the Robinson R22, R44 and Schweizer H-300 helicopters for flight trainingthroughout our entire curriculum because of their excellent handling qualities and responsiveness. 
 
LAH Instructors: 
The Los Angeles Helicopters management team is composed of respected high timeindustry commercial pilots and flight instructors who have made a career of delivering comprehensivehelicopter training services to our customers. This industry experience has tempered our philosophy of planning, training and safety in all of our flight operations. Our experienced team has ingrained into itspractices the paramount importance of impeccable aircraft maintenance, comprehensive relevant trainingand cost containment strategies.

Availability and Pricing
Our rates are based on the hourly usage of our instructor, and/or, the hourly operation of our helicopters. The time of operation will be controlled by your pilot and will be pro-rated for conveniencebased on the start and end time reported by the aircraft ‘Hobbs Meter’, which records flight time intenths of an hour.
Refund Policy: Los Angeles Helicopters, LLC will refund unused tuition credit of any course only for reasons of  medical, natural or man-made disaster "force majeure". All outstanding balances and fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded with less than a 48 hours cancellation notice.Los Angeles Helicopters, LLC will issue within 60 days from the date of the written request, a refund to the holder of the account, or the pilot financing entity from which monies were borrowed.
