STATE:MENT ON POLICY

It has been and will continue to be the policy of Waste Management of Alameda County that it
shall be an equal opportunity employer. To assure full implementation ofthe policy, Waste
Management of Alameda County shall act affirmatively to assure that it will:

A. Re~ hire and promote for all job classifications without regard to race, cree~
