By Paul Grey - British Krav Maga Association
Even before the release of ourfirst edition, interest had provengreater than we expected. From the outset we kicked off asan international Journal withsubscribers in Israel, the UK,spain, Germany and the USA.Subscribers already number inthe thousands and this is for thepilot issue.Following issues will belarger and contain furtherreviews, training articles and of course the interviews.Over the next few months wewill explore Krav Maga from theperspective of a range of significant coaches andInstructors in the Krav Magacommunity. The Krav Maga journal will be lfocused on combat skills, conditioning and some trainingrelated topics. The story andevolution of the system is anepic in itself, so we will exploreaspects of the history anddevelopment of the system. We have some greatcontributors coming up and Ihave made contact with somereally interesting trainers andcoaches and have somepromising contributors lined upand ready to go.Lastly, I wanted to say anenormous thanks to ClintBadlam of Krav MagaBedminster and Boaz Aviram of Krav Maga New York. Theseguys both freely committed timeand effort to share some of theirexperience with us.
