Our beloved prophet, Muhammad, peace and salutation of Allah be on him, his
family and companion, have done a great favour to us by conveying the
message and fulfilling his obligation of guiding this Ummah. He then left this
Ummah with two guidelines, the Book of Allah and the sunnah of Rasulullah,
and whoever clings to it will never go astray. He then requested that this legacy
to be carried up further to the coming generations. The Ulama’, being the heirs
of the prophets, have undertaken this responsibility and continued to endure for
the realization of this task. Therefore they are the foci of this Ummah since the
day of its inception. And since the Shariah, the law of Allah, is encompassing of
all facet of our daily life, they should therefore also be our guides in all aspects
of life. The more equipped they are the stronger this Ummah will be. It is due to
this, the preservation and dissemination of this legacy that give rise to the
establishment of many Islamic institutes.
We, as part of this Ummah, should therefore continue this pursuit by creating
the environment of learning and teaching within our society with the aim of
inculcating into our lives the values of this Deen in its pristine form. This
document penned down our program for the realization of this object in our time
and society. May Allah accept from us any little we could offer for our salvation
in the Hereafter.
To have a generation of scholars who are able to lead the Muslim community in
every aspect of life in the light of Shariah and to incorporate within them the
values and practices of the Messenger of Allah, peace and salutations of Allah
be on him, and those of the great leaders who followed him, Allah be pleased
with them, so that those shared values can be seen to survive the passage of
time and be alive in our lives today.
Our object is to equip students who are firm in his religion, holding fast to his
faith, righteous in his deeds, knows the reasons of his action and belief, so that
he will not be deceived by any fancy and foreign ideas nor will he be carried
away with his whim and fancy. Further than that it does not matter what subject
or profession he chooses for himself, be it medicine, engineering, logic,
philosophy, or Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh etc.
4. SYLLABUS
The syllabus are mainly based on the Ad-Dars un-Nizami of the renowned

Sabaq
Sabaq, which means lesson in Urdu, is a new lesson memorised at night to be
presented to the teacher the following day early in the morning. The more fluent
the student is with his sabaq the easier for him to maintain his Quran.
Sabqi
Sabqi are the recently memorised lessons recited daily to consolidate it in the
memory. This is because new lessons committed to memory are easily slipped
from mind.
Manzil
Once a student memorised a substantial amount of the Quran it will then be
necessary for him to maintain it. This is done by allocating certain amount of
the Quran to be recited daily in sequence from the beginning till the end. This
process is known as Manzil.
This is a four year course which covers the translation and Tafsir of the Quran,
all chapters of Fiqh (Islamic legal system), Aqidah (Islamic belief system),
Islamic history, Arabic literature, Akhlaq, Adab, Hadith pertaining Fiqh, Aqidah,
spirituality, character, ethic and other related subjects. In the initial years
emphasis is given to the learning of Arabic language. Gradually the focus
moves to the abovementioned subjects.
“And the believers should not all go out to fight. Of every troop of them, a party
only should go forth, that they (who are left behind) may gain sound knowledge
in religion, and that they may warn their folk when they return to them, so that
they may beware”. (At-Tawbah 122)
The aim of the course is to produce individuals who live in the manner most
pleasing to Allah and His Rasul by being aware of the teachings of Islam,
sincerely acting upon it and promoting it to others.
For this, the Madrasah will endeavor to enable its students to fulfill the following
objectives:
1 To be acquainted with the meaning of the entire Quran and its related
disciplines
2 To appreciate and honour the efforts of Rasulullah s.a.w., his
companions and Muslim scholars
3 To understand all chapters of Fiqh and Aqidah (Jurisprudence and Belief)
4 To be aware of the methodology in Islamic narration, jurisprudence and
belief
5 To be able to refer to the original authoritative sources
6 To be equipped with characters (Akhlaq) needed to please Allah and to
serve the Muslim community

11 MADRASAH INCOME
The income of madrasah is based on a simple concept that for every student
intake there should be a fixed monthly contribution to the madrasah, the total of
which should be sufficient to operate the madrasah.
This contribution per student can come from the following sources:
a) The able parents of the students
b) Zakat for students who are eligible
c) Sponsorship for students from community members
This concept is implemented with the intention of not jeopardising the progress
of the current students and staff due to reduction of funds per person as a
result of recruiting new person without funding. It is also aimed at inculcating
the quality of spending in the path of Allah among the community members.
InsyaAllah.

For the last six years the Madrasah has been concentrating on the children of
the local Subang Jaya residence who come to the Madrasah only during the
studying hours. When we started the fulltime program for outstation boys,
certain additional facilities has to be included. Since the nature of their studies
requires them to be all the time at the Madrasah, arrangements had to be made
with regards to foods and lodging. Therefore we rented double storey houses
which are located near to the mosque. There is a park where the students can
spend their free time for recreation. The girls’ fulltime programs shall also be
based on the same format. The only difference is instead of the mosque the
girls studies shall be conducted in the house.
13 BOARDING
The boarding shall consist of dormitories in link houses each with toilets and
bathrooms. The lounge down stairs is used as a study room where some class
are also held. Each student has his own locker. The kitchen is fully fitted to
cater for the needs of the student. Washing machine and drying area are also
provided for the laundry facilities

14 Library
Alhamdulillah, our current Library is still in its infancy and we are hopeful insha
Allah that in the near future we can secure more resources and books that will
bring our Library up to standard , or even better.
15 Fees
Currently we are fixing a fee of RM4,800 per annum to cover tuition fees, food,
lodging, maintenance, utilities plus a registration fee of RM400. Although this
may appear large, the fees only accounts for 60% of total expenditures. The
rest comes from the contribution from our good community of SS18.
16 Closure
Last but not least, we would like to emphasis that, the program outlined here is
only our outward human endeavour to operate the madrasah with utmost
efficiency and dedication. However, the success of our effort will depend on the
sincerity of our intention and His acceptance. We pray that our intention will
remain unblemished and will carry this intention with us until the end. Our hope
and doa is that we shall be part of His divine universal plan to establish His
Ahkamat and the Sunnah of His beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) on the
surface of the earth. Ameen, ya Rabbil A’lamin.
