Here now comes Dianna Winkle to admit onto evidence her completion of an initial recommendation
by DSHS to be psychologically evaluated, and to follow any and all recommendations as to medication
needs, and or counseling/therapy.

This recommendation was completed again on June 1, 2009a s provided by Admissions onto evidence
on this date, with this documentation.

This document was disregarded by DSHS and by This court of Limited Jurisdiction thereby
voiding any and all future recommendations regarding Dianna Winkle's mental ability
maintained by DSHS and this court Constituting an initial Void order, which was made
Impossible by this Court and DSHS by their own ignorance of this documentation.
