1. What is psychology behind your brand name? As shown in our brand name Ufone, its phone of yours. And slogan is it all aboutyou. Its fully customer oriented services.2. What you think about your consumers?Ufone think about their customer they are their guests. Ufone did not think their customer like an ordinary customer they treat hem like their own.3. When you launch your services what you are thinking how you tackle wholemarket.When they lunch ufone prepaid in market when there is only one competitor inthe market and potential market is very large. There is many potential customers. And from beginning ufone launch. They introduce many different packagesaccording to their customer need and wants. And we always work on costleadership.4. What are you thinking your customer are satisfy? As we discussed above in question number 2. We treat our customersindividually in very special manner. They said their customer 99% satisfy. But atthe same time they told some people complain us Ufone service dose not reachin some specific area.5. You launch your new packages in every where not for a segment in this marketmany rural people also consume your product, they are not well known aboutthat services. What you think about that which factor involve which create thisproblem?They did not mention here which factor involve here. (but I think communicationnoise create this problem because some time communication is not well tounderstand for their customer understanding).
