Application package for William T. Hornaday Boy Scout Conservation Silver Medal. The Hornaday Silver Medal is the highest conservation honor offered by the Boy Scouts of America. Only one or two are earned nationally each year. Three years and 1500 hours of work were required to complete the requirements for the medal.
