    I am replying to your email from Hong Kong. Hope that you received my phone message when you
    contacted me initially. Some answers to your questions:

    - I have never been contacted by anyone regarding an investigation.

    - Individual schools made the decision to invite them to do training.

    - If I recall right, our office provided the list of schools and areas so the Foundation can approach them.

    - I remember that they invited me to be a member of the Board of Advisors and I think I accepted but never
    attended meetings. Their program connected well to the service learning curriculum we were implementing.
    I do not recall the term Corporate Director.

    - I agree that if there is any suspicion of financial impropriety, it should be investigated thoroughly.

    Please keep in mind that several years have gone by and I am answering your questions to the best of my
    recollection.
