America, MAKE OATHAND SAY THAT:
I.
I am the Deputy Attorney General for Criminal Justice with the Texas Office
of
theAttorney General and as such, have personal knowledge
of
the matters hereinafterdeposed to, save and except where stated to be based upon information and belief, andwhere so stated, I verily believe the same to be true.2. I have been the lead prosecutor for the State
of
Texas in cases arising from criminal
 
conduct that occurred on the Yearning for Zion Ranch on various felony chargesincluding sexual assault

child and bigamy. The State
of
Texas has also pursued acase for the offense
