Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational culture on employeemotivation. The domains of organizational culture (organizational values, individual beliefs,working environment, and employee relationships) and the employee motivation were

investigated by the researcher in this study. In order to find the culture-motivation link, mixedmethod approach for data collection has been used to collect data required to complete thisstudy. The researcher, by the help of Pearson’s and Spearman’s Correlation methods hasbeen able to find a positive correlation between the two. The results of this study were thatorganizational culture has its impact on employee motivation and indirectly on theorganizational performance as well. The better the organizational culture higher will be themotivational level of employees.
