About this ebook

This Booklet is a compilation of some of the Quotations from eminent international scholars on Islam, Quran, Religion and Science
If we analyze all the sayings by all these international scholars we find the compatibility between religion and science. And science is only a tool created by the almighty Allah to facilitate our life in this world. Contrary to what peoples’ beliefs that religion is against science, All Prophets didn’t teach any unscientific teachings, they were all carrying the same monotheistic message from the creator and some Ayaat in the Glorious book Quran carries scientific proofs for it's authenticity.
Some of The scientific Ayaat are in advance to our modern science and technology and if Allah wishes it’s possible to decode them but it requires a very high level of technology and it depends on Allah himself for the time and place, perhaps now or centuries later. I have also presented the facts through the analysis of the biography of Prophet Muhammed which are teachings on how to deal with life.

    Conclusion

    Preface

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Master of the Day of Judgment.

It is you we worship, and upon you we call for help.

Guide us to the straight path.

The path of those you have blessed, not of those against whom there is anger,

Nor of those who are misguided

My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance]

And ease for me my task

And untie the knot from my tongue

That they may understand my speech.

Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so].

O you who have believed, ask [Allah to confer] blessing upon him and ask [Allah to grant him] peace.

There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern

For anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.

I ask my Lord Allah to accept my prayers to Prophet Muhammad.

I also ask him to assist me to accomplish this small humble task.

    As always we are required to start all our activities with a prayer praising Allah;

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

Ayat Number 82 Chapter An-Nisa (The Women)

Then do they not reflect upon the Qur'an? If it had been from [any] other than Allah, they would have found within it much contradiction.

    French Translation

Ne méditent-ils donc pas sur le Coran? S'il provenait d'un autre qu'Allah, ils y trouveraient certes maintes contradictions!

Ayat Number 53 Chapter Fussilat (Explained in Detail)

We will show them our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. But is it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness

    French Translation

Nous leur montrerons Nos signes dans l'univers et en eux-mêmes, jusqu'à ce qu'il leur devienne évident que c'est cela (le Coran), la Vérité. Ne suffit-il pas que ton Seigneur soit témoin de toute-chose?

    Introduction

This booklet is a collection of beautiful sayings from various international scholars testifying the compatibility between science and religion, and sayings on Islam, Quran and Prophet Mohammed. (PBUH)Through these statements we would like to discover the reasons which propelled the admiration of Non-Muslims on Islam, Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and Quran

I have used throughout this booklet the name of God as Allah (As Allah has no gender or number as you can do with the word God), the word Ayat instead of Verse (Plural Ayaat) as Ayat (means signs) has deeper meaning than Verse.

I have also used the initials PBUH (peace be upon him) after the title prophet or name Mohamed or both Prophet Mohammed as requested all of us to do whenever one of these are / is mentioned.

Non-Muslims Scholars Sayings on Science and Religion

    Isaac Newton

Gravity explains the motions of the planets, but it cannot explain who sets the planets in motion.

This most beautiful system of the sun, planets and comets, could only proceed from the counsel and dominion of an intelligent and powerful Being.

"How came the bodies of animals to be contrived with so much art, and for what ends were their several parts?

Was the eye contrived without skill in Optics, and the ear without knowledge of sounds? And these things being rightly dispatched, does it not appear from phenomena that there is a being incorporeal, living, and intelligent. ?

"Blind metaphysical necessity, which is certainly the same always and everywhere, could produce no variety of things. All that diversity of natural

Things which we find suited to different times and places could arise from nothing but the ideas and will of a Being, necessarily existing."

Einstein’s essay Science and Religion" published in 1954.

Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.

    Max Planck (1858-1947)

It was not by accident that the greatest thinkers of all ages were deeply religious souls. German physicist, noted for work on quantum theory

    Wernher Von Braun (1912-1977)

I find it as difficult to understand a scientist who does not acknowledge the presence of a superior rationality behind the existence of the universe as it is to comprehend a theologian who would deny the advances of science. German-American rocket scientist

    Nevill Mott (1905-1996)

Science can have a purifying effect on religion, freeing it from beliefs of a pre-scientific age and helping us to a truer conception of God. At the same time, I am far from believing that science will ever give us the answers to all our questions. English physicist, awarded Nobel Prize in 1977

    Fred Hoyle (1915-2001)

"A commonsense interpretation of the facts suggests that a super intellect has monkeyed with physics, as well as with chemistry and biology, and that there are no blind forces worth speaking about in nature.

Non-Muslims Sayings on Prophet Mohammed (PBUH)

    Encyclopaedia Britannica, 4th & 11th editions

Muhammed was the most successful of all religious personalities.

    M. K. Gandhi, Young India, 1924

I wanted to know the best of the life of one who holds today an undisputed sway over the hearts of millions of mankind… I became more than ever convinced that it was not the sword that won a place for Islam in those days in the scheme of life. It was the rigid simplicity, the utter self-effacement of the Prophet the scrupulous regard for pledges, his intense devotion to his friends and followers, his intrepidity, his fearlessness, his absolute trust in God and in his own mission. These and not the sword carried everything before them and surmounted every obstacle. When I closed the second volume (of the Prophet’s biography), I was sorry there was not more for me to read of that great life. Young India, 1924

Lamartine - Histoire de la Turquie, Paris 1854, Vol II, pp. 276-77:

"If greatness of purpose, smallness of means, and astounding results are the three criteria of human genius, who could dare to compare
